Not true. Not in my case. You should ask to see the 150-point inspection report. In the process of buying a car I found out, that Carvana sells cars from 3rd party dealers which do not go through the inspection. Regardless they advertise the car had these inspections done, with a ✔️ check mark next to it. It is misleading advertisement. Do not believe it unless you get a copy of the report.

GREAT COMMERCIAL. FLAT OUT LIE. It's 90% virtual and the associates only text you unless insist on talking to someone. And the "real human advocates" are RUDE. They are not there to make you happy., I mean.... puhlease. If you like NOT dealing with people and having any customer service - then you will be happy. I'm happy with my purchase but there is NO customer service unless you demand it and you have to be relentless to get a number to talk to anyone. LOL Oh man they make good commercials but this "Make you happy" information is an ABSOLUTE LIE. But hey, I have a car and I made myself happy because I wouldn't accept this whole virtual world of Carvana they wanted me to visit. I made sure I fought for myself to get an actual number for CARVANA. Relentlessly bothering them to get through their endless loops of virtual customer service Carvana world, they got tired of me and gave me a number. Thank you CARVANA! I found your hidden secret passage to LIVE PEOPLE!

Real customer here. The commercial is funny. I'm not usually influenced by commercials or "influencers". but I had to get another car ASAP and after searching dealerships and websites online from private sellers, I remembered this commercial from a while ago. I specifically remembered the message of how "easy it is to buy a car" and how they helped and "checked back". I went on the website not expecting anything much and my family weighed in on some options. We found a car and I was ready to BUY. I went for no money down, specific rate I was looking for regarding financing and then I knew I had to probably fill out details for approval. After I was accepted for financing I was excited to buy the car, have an easy purchase and it said that it could be at my place within a couple days. WELL... as much as I enjoyed this commercial? It is completely MISLEADING information and false statements within the script and story. THIS was NOT an easy process. Even though I had all my paperwork, license, I.D.'s it was so extensive, that it took a few days and many hours before I was actually "APPROVED". I had no problem with that but the commercial is misleading consumers to thinkj this is easy and that there are "People" who help you. It's ALL virtual. In order to get to a human being you have to go to support and then a "real human advocate" texts you but never calls. If you are not pushing for a person to text you through support you only get a BOT service that never has any answers for you that are specific to your questions.The "Real life human advocate" via text was rude, short with me and didn't answer any question regarding my financing they just said, "it's in your contract". I went back to support and asked for another "real human advocate" who is nice. Then I was asking so many questions about my loan company and I kept getting answers to look in my contract. I asked about who I'm supported to call for my upgraded premium coverage package and wasn't getting anywhere. I kept texting and texting and finally I pushed so hard that the "real life human" sent me evrey company, address and contact of who is ACTUALLY handling my car. CARVANA is a "used car dealer" they don't want to deal with you. They are gatekeepers to the external companies that actually finance and cover your vehicle reparirs. Finally I was given a number to actually speak with a "REAL PERSON" on the phone because I kelt asking over and over "who am I supposed to actually CALL? Carvana doesn't want to deal with you. No one calls to ask how you are blah blah blah. NO. no no no no no no. If you are good at escape rooms and solving puzzles, Carvana is a perfect place to buy a car. Their next commercial should have a person trying to solve and jigsaw puzzle and when they are just about to put the last piece in, a whole zoo of animals trample through and run over the table. This commercial is a FLAT OUT LIE. But it sure did make me want to go to Carvana! And listen, I'm happy with the outcome and purchase and after hours and days of asking for answers to qusetions that were not provided on their website, I'm happy with knowing that I have all the information. But easy? It's about as easy as you reading this entire review. Great actors, funny commercial. well directed. FLAT. OUT. LIE!

Yeah story of how my friend A was treated they used to make fun of when she told she was getting a kidney transplant shes on a catheter... Her husband was in the hospital with intensintal problems when the senior manager went and bothered him on his hospital bed... We used to come in on overtime days and do peoples work for people on Sunday to Wednesday who didn't do crap... Second shift people were bothering two guys in IC one time who were minding their business.... Senior manager's videotaping people while they are going around stealing luxury cars..

Dear Carvana, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan that I purchased from your company just last Wednesday. Since the day of delivery, the vehicle has caused a series of problems, leaving me and my family in a difficult situation. Firstly, the vehicle died suddenly, and we suspect it was due to battery or other drain issues. Additionally, there is a suspension noise on the rear right side, the transmission cooler lines are leaking, and there are PCM and driver's door lock codes on the scanner. Moreover, the vehicle jerks forward when shifting from neutral to drive. As a disabled Navy veteran with five children, this is not only an inconvenience but also a serious safety concern. We immediately contacted Carvana to resolve the issues, but despite countless hours of communication over the course of five days, we were met with no satisfactory resolution. Today, we spoke with an inexperienced "Executive Resolution Supervisor" named Kalei, who offered us only two options: return the vehicle or pay thousands more for a downpayment for another vehicle. We believe that Carvana should take responsibility for the fact that the vehicle was sold to us without any disclaimer or description of the mechanical issues it had. Furthermore, when we took the vehicle to a shop, we discovered that the battery terminal was fully corroded, and the negative lead was barely on, which could have been a serious hazard for anyone driving the car. We have spent hours on the phone, driving to different locations, and wasting our time and money on trying to fix the issues with the vehicle. For such fraud, Carvana should remove any additional downpayment for a different vehicle and do the right thing. Additionally, I would like to inform you that I have a UA-cam channel where I will be expressing my experience with Carvana and the unhelpful resolution offered by Kalei and Gretchen. I will be creating a community post where all UA-cam creators and others can see it. I am hoping that you can provide us with a satisfactory solution to this problem.
